Hi Yumi, This is Emily, Scott Sportsman's wife. I met you and your cool family at 12 Hours of Temecula last year and have been peeking at your blog.
ReplyDeleteCheck out the forums on the post punk kitchen and the vegan dad blog for good fake meat stuff. We're eating a lot of homemade seitan and chickpea cutlets recently here...I've been veg to long to know what meat taste likes, but even omnivore Scott seems to really enjoy it. The transition to veg can be challenging! Good luck :)
